Rotor Pumps to transfer detergent
Daily chemical detergent is including bathing shampoo, skin cream, shampoo, detergent liquid, washing powder slurry etc, it has higher requirement of sanitary grade, and need CIP, SIP in some processing. Our sanitary grade pump can get this requirement, and with 3A, FDA certification of this pump.
Considering different viscosity in different processing step, VFD motor is used usually, flow and rotation speed can be adjusted at will.
The transport medium of soap production includes liquid alkali, fatty acid, soap base, waste soap, etc. In the process of soap-based reproduction, the corrosion is strong, the temperature and concentration are relatively high, and the output pressure is high, and the sealing requirements are high. In view of this working condition, we have developed a Lobe Pumps with water circulation cooling seal configuration, which can be used together with the Homogeneous Pumps to realize online homogenization and mixing, while improving the quality of the product.
Applications:
Consumer chemicals Rotary Lobe Pumps can be used for all kinds of medium, high viscosity and high solid content of material transportation. Lobe pumps are widely used in LAS, AES, AOS, MES, KI2, glycerin, sorbitol, skin cream, nutritional cream, cosmetics, toothpaste, facial cleanser, lotion, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, soap, detergent, washing powder paste and so on.
We are specialized in the production of rotor pumps and homogeneous pumps. The production capacity reaches 18000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L/r).

Lobe pump
Twin-rotor lobe pump is multi-functional and bi-directional powitive displacement pump. These product suse synchronic rotors, driven by a pair of synchronic gears in the gear box. Transmitted by the main shaft and the sub-shaft. The rotors move synchronically in counter-clockwise directions, which, consequently, varies the pump capacity and builds up high vacuum capacity and emission pressure. It is particularly suitable to pump viscosity medium.
This lobe pump can be widely used in petrochemical industry, refined chemistry, daily chemicals, food and beverage, paper making, chemical fiber, pharmaceuticals, coating.
