Rotor Pumps with rectangle-inlet
Rotary Lobe Pumps as one of positive displacement pumps, it is usual used to transfer high viscosity medium, can be used in petrochemical industry, daily chemical industry, food industry, paper making industry, chemical fiber,painting, oil field and so on.
Rotor pumps with rectangle-inlet, the inlet design is V-inlet, enlarge the inlet diameter, convenient for high viscosity medium enter pump body. This type rotor pump is suitable for high viscosity or thickness medium, such as moon cake filling, bean paste filling and other medium with poor fluidity.
We are specialized in the production of rotor pumps and Homogeneous Pumps. The production capacity reaches 20000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).
Our products manufacturing standard are divide to consumer chemical, refined chemical, food and beverage, paper making, chemical fiber, pharmaceuticals and coating. The core parts and sealing device of the products are made of different materials according to different properties of material, to meet variety medium and working procedures' requirement.

Lobe pump
Twin-rotor lobe pump is multi-functional and bi-directional powitive displacement pump. These product suse synchronic rotors, driven by a pair of synchronic gears in the gear box. Transmitted by the main shaft and the sub-shaft. The rotors move synchronically in counter-clockwise directions, which, consequently, varies the pump capacity and builds up high vacuum capacity and emission pressure. It is particularly suitable to pump viscosity medium.
This lobe pump can be widely used in petrochemical industry, refined chemistry, daily chemicals, food and beverage, paper making, chemical fiber, pharmaceuticals, coating.
