Salad dressing emulsion pumps
Salad dressing emulsion pumps, to replace of original collid mill, to get emulsification in one time. This pump improve sanitary grade of salad dressing, and efficiency is improved, too. Besides this, steam jacket can be used for this pump, to control temperature infecessary.

We are specialized in the production of Rotor Pumps and Homogeneous Pumps. The production capacity reaches 18000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).
DH series Homogeneous & emulsification pump is composed of a first-class working chamber. The working chamber is equipped with a group of 3-6-layer stators and 3-6-layer rotors. The tooth discs of each stator and rotor are from coarse to fine, so that the original granular materials of different thickness can smoothly enter the working chamber for layer by layer crushing, dispersion, fine, homogenization and emulsification.There are 5 kinds of products in this series. Developed independently by our company, the application technology is very mature. We have a strong technical team and our users all over the world.

Homogeneous pump
This pump is multi-purpose compound & emulsifier equipment, its professional technic and manufacture precisioncanapproach international level. Emulsion pump is an efficient type product with mix, dispersion, breaking,dissolution, refinery, homogenization, emulsifying.
The main parts are stator and rotors. At the centrifugal and fluid forces created by the rapid turning of the rotors, the stators exercise on the materials strong power shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, turbulent homogenizingand the solid, fluid, and volatile medium ar quickly refined, homogenized, disaggregated and emulsified. This process can result in stable and high-quality products.
These serial products can greatly simplify the traditional production process upgrade the production efficiency and product quality. They are widely used in petrochemical, refinery chemistry, daily chemicals, biology pharmaceutics, foods processing, paper making, paint and so on.
