Rotary Lobe Pump to transfer detergent
Daily chemical detergent is including bathing shampoo, skin cream, shampoo, detergent liquid, washing powder slurry etc, it has higher requirement of sanitary grade, and need CIP, SIP in some processing. Our sanitary grade pump can get this requirement, and with 3A, FDA certification of Lobe Pumps.
Considering different viscosity in different processing step, VFD motor is used usually, flow and rotation speed can be adjusted at will.
Considering acid inside of medium component, special mechanical seal material and structure is used, to keep the transport smoothly and stably.
We are specialized in the production of Rotor Pumps and Homogeneous Pumps. The production capacity reaches 20000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3/h (Capacity of 30L / R).
