DHC Multi-inlets Homogeneous pump
Multi-inlets homogeneous pump, means the inlets can be done 2-4 inlets. According to raw material quantity and its content, the inlet quantity and size depends. It can get stable and high-quality products in sudden time.
The stator and rotor structure is the same as DHX. So, the working chamber can be done one, or two, or three, depends on working conditions requirement. As multi-purpose compound & emulsifier equipment with international advanced technology, its professional technic and manufacture precision can apporach international similar product.
We are specialized in the production of Rotor Pumps and Homogeneous Pumps. The production capacity reaches 20000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).
Our products manufacturing standard are divide to consumer chemical, refined chemical, food and beverage, paper making, chemical fiber, pharmaceuticals and coating. The core parts and sealing device of the products are made of different materials according to different properties of material, to meet variety medium and working procedures' requirement.
DH series Homogeneous & emulsification pump is composed of a first-class working chamber. The working chamber is equipped with a group of 3-6-layer stators and 3-6-layer rotors. The tooth discs of each stator and rotor are from coarse to fine, so that the original granular materials of different thickness can smoothly enter the working chamber for layer by layer crushing, dispersion, fine, homogenization and emulsification.There are 5 kinds of products in this series. Developed independently by our company, the application technology is very mature. We have a strong technical team and our users all over the world.

The pump comprised 2-5 layers of stator and rotators, the gear chearance of each layer stator and rotator is from wide to slender, let different raw material to compound and homogenize moment according to rate requirement. These products isused widely in neutralization admixture of multi-material need to compound homogeneous and chemical industry process technics.
