In the paper making industry, there have many chemical ingredient, such as flocculant, dry strength agent, water repellent agent, antifoaming agent, AKD, FAS, deinking agent..... They have different chemical character, viscosity, PH value, so have high requirement of pump itself. Lobe pump, as its special structure, can replace of original screw pump, and be used to transfer this different medium. It is simple assembling and disassembling, easy to maintenance and clean, less easily-damaged parts, high efficiency and energy-saving.
Lobe pump is very well used in the industry and it has gradually replaced the screw pump in many working conditions of paper making industry. We got patents for our design in this industry, we have cooperated with UPM, STORA ENSO, Ning Dragons Paper, OJI paper, Lee & Man paper, APP paper and so on for many years.
We are specialized in the production of Rotor Pumps and Homogeneous Pumps. The production capacity reaches 20000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).
