Neat soap Lobe Pump
During processing of neat soap, transfer medium is including liquid caustic, fatty acid, neat soap, waste soap etc. They are all corrosive medium, and higher working temperature and higher medium thickness. Besides this, discharge pressure is higher, that means reliable seal is necessary.
Based on the above working conditions, we design water-flush mechanical seal, and steam jacket equipment, keep the neat soap in stably transport.
If neat soap rotor pump is working together with our neat soap neutralization pump, emulsification and homogeneous can be achieved in line, and product quality and production efficiency can be improved.
We are specialized in the production of Rotor Pumps and Homogeneous Pumps. The production capacity reaches 20000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 400m3 / h (Capacity of 30L / R).
